Notification center

The notification center keeps the notices MedPragma shows you inside the app.
Who can use it: everyone, on every plan.
Step by step
- Select the bell in the top bar. The number shows how many notices you haven't read.
- Choose All or Unread.
- On each notice:
- Select ✓ to Mark as read.
- Select the bin to Delete.
- To catch up on everything, select Mark all as read.
Good to know
- Patients get notices about their appointments, prescriptions and video calls.
- The team gets notices about the practice's appointments and payments, plus alerts when the plan nears a limit.
- Notices are written in the practice's language, so they may appear in Spanish even when the app is in English.
- If you turned a notice type off in Account → Notifications, it doesn't appear here either (see Choose which notices you get).
Troubleshooting

| "We couldn't load your notifications" | Check your connection and reload the page. |
| A notice you expected is missing | Check that its type is on in Account → Notifications. |
