Change or create your password

Change the password you use to sign in with your email. If you've always signed in with Google, you can create one to also sign in with your email.

Who can use it: everyone, on every plan.

Step by step

  1. Open the user menu → Account → Password.
  2. If you already have a password, enter your Old Password.
  3. Enter your New Password.
  4. Select Save. You'll see Password Saved.

Good to know

  • Passwords must include at least one special character (for example ! or #).
  • Use a password you don't use on other sites.
  • Can't remember your current one? Sign out and use Forgot your password? (see Reset your password).

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
"Please enter the correct password" Check your old password, or reset it from the sign-in page.
"Password must contain at least one special character" Add a symbol, such as ! or #.
