Cancel your subscription

Cancelling means moving to the Free plan. You keep your current plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

Who can use it: the account owner.

Step by step

  1. In My plan, select Cancel subscription (or go to Settings → Billing → Plan).
  2. Select Switch to Free.
  3. Review what changes and confirm.

What happens

  • Until the period ends, nothing changes. My plan shows Cancels on….
  • When it ends, you move to the Free plan's limits. If you have more clinics or professionals than it allows, you see which ones are deactivated before confirming.
  • Monthly add-ons end with the subscription.
  • No patient or clinical record is deleted.
  • If you upgrade again before the period ends, everything stays active.
