Card and invoices

Who can use it: the account owner.

Change the card

  1. Go to Settings → Billing, Card tab.
  2. Under Update card, enter the new card.
  3. Select Save Card.
Payment method

Card details are processed by Stripe; MedPragma doesn't store them.

Download invoices

The Invoices tab lists each charge with its Number, Date, Status and Total, and you can download it as a PDF.

If a payment fails

  • Your latest payment failed: update the card and the charge is retried.
  • You need to authorize your payment: your bank asks you to confirm the charge. Find the email with the link, authorize it and reload the page.
  • While the payment is pending, My plan shows Check your payment.
