What happens at a limit

Every plan has limits. MedPragma warns you before you get there and never deletes what you've already added.
Before you get there
When a limit is nearly used up, you see a notice (… left) and its bar is highlighted in My plan.
At the limit
| Limit | What happens |
|---|---|
| Professionals, clinics and active patients | You can't add more until you free up room (for example, deactivating patients or professionals) or upgrade. |
| Appointments this month | New bookings pause until next month or until you upgrade. |
| Telemedicine minutes this month | You get a grace period of 72 hours, with up to 20% extra. After that you can't use more until next month, unless you buy a pack. |
What to do
- If you're the owner: select Upgrade to… or Buy add-on in the notice or in My plan.
- If you're not: the notice says Ask … to upgrade the plan; select the icon to copy the request and send it to them.
