Book the next slot from a consultation
Updated
Book the patient's follow-up before they leave, without leaving the consultation.
Who can use it: professionals at the patient's clinic, on every plan.
Step by step
- In the consultation, open the Services tab.
- Select the service for the next visit, for example "Routine check-up".
- MedPragma finds the Next available slot with the same professional, without clashing with the professional's or the patient's other appointments.
- Select Book this slot, or Another time to see the next free one.
- You'll see Appointment booked.
Good to know
- Nothing is booked until you select Book this slot. Once booked, the patient gets the confirmation by email, with a button to see the appointment in their portal.
- It searches the next 60 days, based on the professional's Availability.
- To choose another professional or a specific day, use New appointment (see Book an appointment for a patient).
Troubleshooting
