Odontogram history and PDF

Who can use it: professionals, administrators and owners, with the Odontogram module on. Sending by WhatsApp needs a plan with WhatsApp.

History

  1. In the odontogram, open History. Each change is listed with its date and professional: findings recorded, changed or removed, notes edited, and PDFs sent.
  2. Select See chart at end of day on a date to see how it looked that day. It's read only.
  3. Select Back to current chart to keep working.

PDF for the patient

  1. Select PDF.
  2. Choose an option:
    • Download PDF.
    • Email to the patient.
    • WhatsApp to the patient.
  3. The PDF is in Spanish and includes the chart and findings. If you're viewing a past day, the PDF is for that day.

Print opens a print version with the date and the color key.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
"Record a finding first." The odontogram is empty.
"The patient has no email." or "The patient has no phone number." Add it in Edit patient.
