Vitals
Updated
Who can use it: professionals at the patient's clinic, on every plan.
Record vitals
- In the chart or the consultation, select Vitals (in the shortcuts).
- Enter what you measured. You don't need to fill in everything:
- Cardiovascular: systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate.
- General: temperature and SpO₂.
- Body Measurements: weight and height.
- Other Indicators: blood glucose and pain level (0 to 10).
- Notes.
- Save. You'll see "Vitals recorded successfully".

Follow them over time
- At the top of the chart, Latest Vitals shows the most recent measurement, with the BMI calculated.
- The Vitals tab lists every measurement by date.
- Each measurement also appears in the clinical history as a Vital Signs entry.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
