Use Help to message the MedPragma support team without leaving the app.
Who can use it: everyone, on every plan.
Step by step
- Open the user menu (your photo, top right) and select Help.
- Under What can we help with?, tell us what happened: what you were doing, on which screen, and any message you saw.
- Select Send Message. We reply to your account's email.
Let support see your account
Turn on Let support team access my account if you want us to see what you see. Turn it off once we're done.
Good to know
- Can't sign in? Email soporte@medpragma.io from your account's email.
- If something seems down for everyone, check Service status first (user menu, or status.medpragma.io).
Troubleshooting
