Create your clinic account

Create your practice's account to manage appointments, patients and clinical records. Whoever creates the account becomes its owner.
Who can use it: any professional or practice. If a practice invited you, don't create a new account: use the invitation (see Accept a team invitation).
The sign-up pages are shown in Spanish. Once you're signed in you can switch MedPragma to English. The Spanish labels are shown in italics.
Step by step
- Go to app.medpragma.io/signup, or select Sign up (Registrate) on the sign-in page.
- Enter your first name, last name, email and password, then select Create account (Crear cuenta). You can also sign up with Google (Usar Google).
- Verify your email: open the email we sent you and select the link. If it didn't arrive, select Resend verification email (Reenviar correo de verificación).
- Choose your plan:
- Pick Monthly or Annual (17% off).
- Choose the plan and select Save plan.
- Paid plans ask for a card.
- Complete the setup wizard: practice, professional profile, hours and services.
Good to know
- Plans:
- Free: 1 professional and 1 clinic.
- Solo: USD 39/month.
- Growth: USD 129/month.
- Pro: USD 329/month.
- Paid prices are plus VAT.
- 14-day trial on paid plans. During the trial, WhatsApp, telemedicine and AI features are off. They turn on when the subscription starts.
- You can change plans at any time from Settings → Billing (see Change your plan).
- The verification link expires after 1 hour. Request a new one with Resend verification email.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The verification email doesn't arrive | Check spam and promotions, then select Resend verification email. |
| "Verification link has expired" | More than 1 hour passed. Resend the email and use the new link. |
| "You have created too many accounts" | Up to 5 accounts can be created per hour from the same connection. Wait and try again. |
| The card is declined | Try another card, or choose Free and upgrade later. |
