Find your way around MedPragma

Every screen has the same layout: the sidebar on the left, and a top bar with search, your clinic, notifications and your user.

Who sees it: the practice team. The menu depends on your role. Patients have their own portal.

The sidebar

Sections are grouped:

  • Today: Dashboard, Appointments, Urgent Requests and Waitlist.
  • Patients: Patients.
  • Communication: WhatsApp.
  • Finance: Receipts and Sales.
  • Analytics: Reports.
  • Team & clinics: Doctors, Clinics, Services and Availability.
  • At the bottom: My plan (with your plan's name), Account and Settings.

Staff see Appointments, Urgent Requests, Waitlist and Receipts.

Features your plan doesn't include show a lock and the plan that includes them (for example, Solo). Select one to see what it offers.

To shrink the sidebar, select the icon next to the logo.

The top bar

  • Search… (or ⌘K / Ctrl+K): opens quick search.
  • Clinic switcher: shown if you work at more than one clinic. Appointments, Patients and Reports show the selected clinic.
  • Bell: your notifications, with the unread count.
  • Your photo: opens the user menu.

  • Account, My plan and Settings.
  • Language: Spanish or English.
  • Help: message support.
  • Service status: opens status.medpragma.io.
  • Dark mode / Light mode.
  • Switch Account: only if your user belongs to more than one account.
  • Sign Out.

Good to know

  • A dot on My plan means you're close to one of your plan's limits.
  • On a phone, open the sidebar with the Menu button.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
A section is missing Your role can't open it, or your plan doesn't include it. Ask your account administrator.
You see another clinic's data Check the clinic switcher in the top bar.
Switch Account doesn't appear Your user belongs to only one account.
