Accept the Terms and Conditions

Before you use MedPragma for the first time, accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. You only do this once.

Who sees it: patients, professionals and staff on their first sign-in. Owners and administrators go through the setup wizard instead. Auditors skip this step.

Step by step

  1. Sign in to MedPragma for the first time.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Check I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  4. Select Continue to Dashboard. MedPragma opens your home screen.

Good to know

  • The button turns on only after you check the box.
  • Questions about the terms? Email soporte@medpragma.io.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
"We couldn't save your acceptance" Check your connection and select the button again.
The button stays disabled Check the acceptance box.
It asks you to accept again Sign out, sign back in and accept again. If it keeps happening, contact us.
