Attendance code

If your clinic verifies attendance, the professional asks you for a 3-digit code before starting the visit.

Step by step

  1. Open the appointment in Appointments.
  2. Under Attendance Code, select Generate Code.
  3. Tell the professional the code, or select Copy Code and send it to them.

Good to know

  • The code expires after a minute. If it expired, select Regenerate.
  • Once the professional enters it, the appointment shows Attendance Verified.
  • It only appears on confirmed appointments, at clinics that ask for it.
