Book an appointment online
Updated
Your clinic or doctor shares a booking link. From there you book in a few steps, without calling. The booking page is in Spanish; the screen labels are shown in italics.
Step by step
- Choose the service (or Continuar sin servicio if there are none).
- Enter your email. If you already have an account, we recognize you and you only add the reason for the visit.
- If it's your first time, fill in your personal details and a few health questions (allergies, surgeries, medication…). They help the professional care for you.
- Choose Presencial (in person) or Telemedicina and enter the reason for the visit (Motivo de consulta).
- If the service is paid, choose how (see Pay for an appointment).
- Select Confirmar turno. You get a confirmation email with:
- The professional, day, time and address (with a map link), or that it's a video consultation.
- What's left to pay and how, if the appointment is paid in advance: for a transfer, it includes the account details.
- A button to see your appointment in the portal, and a file to add it to your calendar.
Select Próximo turno disponible (next available), or pick a date in the calendar and then a time.

Open the link. For a clinic's link, choose the professional; for a doctor's link, choose the clinic.

A day before (or when the clinic sets it) you get a reminder with the same details. If you can't make it, the email's link lets you cancel or change the appointment.
Good to know
- If it's your first appointment at the clinic, you get an email to create your patient portal account, where you see your appointments and payments.
- If no time works for you, you can request an urgent appointment (see Request an urgent appointment).
- Telemedicina shows a lock if the clinic doesn't offer it.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| "No se encontró la clínica" (clinic not found) | Check the link is complete, or ask the clinic for it again. |
| No dates available | Try next month, or request an urgent appointment. |
