My appointments
Updated
Appointments shows your appointments at every clinic where you're seen.
What you see
- At the top, your Next appointment.
- The Upcoming, Past, Cancelled and All filters, and the List or Calendar view.
- On each appointment: time, professional, clinic, type and status.
Select an appointment for its details: its progress (pending payment, Confirmed, in progress, Completed), the details and the payment.
What you can do

| Join Video Call | On telemedicine appointments (see Join a video call). |
| Pay with MercadoPago or Upload Receipt | If the appointment has a pending payment (see Pay for an appointment). |
| Cancel | On upcoming appointments that are confirmed or pending payment. You can leave a reason. |
| Reschedule | On a cancelled appointment: choose a new time with the same professional. It's the same appointment, so what you paid carries over (see Choose a new time after a cancellation). |
| Attendance code | If the clinic asks for one (see Attendance code). |
To book another one, select New Appointment or Book appointment.
