After a visit, your clinic may send you a short survey. The survey page is in Spanish; the screen labels are shown in italics.

Step by step

  1. Open the link in the message you received.
  2. Choose 1 to 5 stars under Calificá tu consulta.
  3. Optionally, leave a comment.
  4. Select Enviar.

Good to know

  • You don't need to sign in.
  • Only the clinic sees your answer.
  • Each survey can be answered once.
