Open a shared link

A professional can share a comparison or video with you through a link.
When you open it
- If the link is for you: it asks you to sign in with your patient portal account. Then you see the image, the professional, the clinic and how long it's available.
- If it's a public link: it opens without signing in.
- In a comparison, drag the middle handle to see before and after.
Troubleshooting

| The link expired or was revoked | Ask the professional to share it again. |
| It asks me to sign in and I have no account | Use the clinic's invitation email to create it, or ask them to resend it. |
