Sync with Google Calendar

Connect your Google account to see your appointments in Google Calendar.
Who can use it: each professional connects their own account, for each clinic. On every plan.
Step by step
- Go to Settings → Google Calendar.
- Select Connect on the clinic you want.
- Choose your Google account and accept the permissions. The status changes to Connected.
What syncs
- New appointments are created in your primary calendar.
- Time changes and cancellations update automatically.
- Google reminds you of each appointment 1 hour and 15 minutes before.
- For telemedicine appointments, the event includes the video call link.
Good to know
- You can use a different Google account at each clinic, or the same one for all.
- Disconnect stops syncing new appointments.
- Sync goes from MedPragma to Google: what you add directly in Google doesn't come into MedPragma.
