Tags

Tags help you organize and find notes, for example Urgent, Drug allergy or Follow-up.

Who can use it: administrators and owners, for the selected clinic. Doctors use tags from the note editor.

Create a tag

1. Go to Settings → Tag Management and select Create tag.
2. Enter the Name, Color and, optionally, the Category and Order.
3. Save.

Tags proposed by doctors

• With Allow doctors to create new tags on, a doctor can type a new tag in the editor. It stays Pending until you approve it.
• Review them in the Pending tab and select Approve or Reject.
• If you turn it off, doctors can only use tags already approved.

Edit, deactivate or delete

• Edit changes the name, color, category or order.
• Deactivate stops offering it in the editor; notes that already have it keep it.
• The usage column shows how many times each tag was used.
