Opening hours

Your availability is the weekly blocks when you see patients. Online appointments are only offered inside them.

Who can use it: each professional, for their own schedule at the selected clinic.

Availability with the week's blocks

Add a block

  1. Go to Team & clinics → Availability and choose the clinic at the top.
  2. Select Add time block.
  3. Choose the Day of Week, Start Time and End Time (24-hour format) and the Slot Duration.
  4. Select Save.

You can add several blocks on the same day, for example one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Change your schedule

  • Edit changes the day, the hours or the duration.
  • Deactivate stops offering that block without deleting it (for example, during holidays). Activate offers it again.
  • Delete removes it.

The top shows Days with hours, Active blocks and Hours per week.

Good to know

  • Changes don't affect appointments already booked.
  • The Slot Duration sets how often appointments are offered within the block.
  • How far ahead patients can book is set in Booking settings.
