Clinics

Each clinic has its own professionals, schedules, services, patients and booking link.

Who can use it: professionals, administrators and owners. You see the clinics you work at.

Add a clinic

  1. Go to Team & clinics → Clinics and select Add clinic.
  2. Enter the Clinic name (required) and, optionally, phone, email, address, Timezone, CUIT and description.
  3. Select Create clinic.

The clinic gets its own URL: the address of its booking page.

Switch clinics

  • Use the clinic selector in the top bar to work in another one. Appointments, patients and settings show the selected clinic.
  • Set as default sets the one you start with when you sign in.

Growth and Pro can add extra locations (see Add-ons and packs).

Good to know

  • The Timezone sets the clinic's appointment times and reports.
  • A clinic with patients or appointments can't be deleted: its clinical records are kept.
